Swedish massage

Swedish massage is the most wide-spread and most popular type of massage in Europe. Classical Swedish massage is composed of five basic massage techniques: effleurage, friction, petrissage, tapotement, vibration (alias nerve strokes). Several other wellness massages are based on the elements of Swedish massage. Its application has two aims: on the one hand, it is for recharging ones batteries and recreation, on the other hand, it can solve actual problems: it is a pain killer, relaxant, can help in case of chronic fatigue and improves the condition of muscles. Swedish massage can be used as a therapy against joint ache and muscle pain as well.
